Hellfire Hot Sauce is an American brand known for sauces with serious heat and real flavour. It doesn't rely on extracts to burn. It uses superhot chillies like Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion, 7 Pot and Bhut Jolokia, and pairs them with fruit, garlic, spices or even bourbon.

Kranked, with Carolina Reaper and garlic, has appeared on Hot Ones, and several sauces in the range have won awards at hot sauce competitions. If you like fruity heat, try Blueberry Hell.
