CaJohn's Fiery Foods was started in Ohio by John Hard and became one of the most award-winning hot sauce brands in the USA. It's known for two things: sauces packed with flavour, and products with so much heat that they demand real caution.

At the top of the scale sits Black Mamba, at 6 million Scoville. It's not a table sauce but concentrated heat, added by the drop to large batches of food. Reaper SlingBlade is a superhot sauce with Carolina Reaper, while Black Garlic Ghost pairs black garlic with Ghost Pepper for a deep, sweet and fiery flavour. For cooks, the Carolina Reaper purée is pure chilli with no extracts, ideal for adding intensity to sauces, marinades and chili.
